Return Policy

All services purchased and performed are final. If you cancel a purchase prior to completion, you agree to pay for all work performed prior to cancellation at our standard shop rate of $150/hr. unless your project has a Statement of Work associated with it, in which case you agree to pay according to the payment terms in your project's Statement of Work.
